Support Overview
Navigate to the Question Mark icon at the bottom of the main menu. Open that menu by clicking the icon and selecting "Contact Support." This will bring you to the New support ticket landing page.
New Support Ticket
First, select the general category of the support you'll need. From the dropdown menu, you can select -
- Request Help
- Ask a Billing Question
- Submit Feedback
- Suggest a Feature
- Report a Bug
Add a description of the issue or concern. Please be as descriptive as possible. More information will help us resolve your issue more efficiently.
