Forms Overview

Open the Main Menu, then select "Forms" from the CRM menu. Forms house and manage all your forms and responses, each with settings, fields, and responses.

Form Bar

Each form has a Form Bar. 

  • To Edit an existing for click Edit.
  • To change the Notification click Notification.
  • To View Responses click Responses
  • To Delete a form click Remove

Form Settings

To view or change the settings of your form, click Edit and then the Gear Icon that says Info.

Modify your Form Settings. Common changes include customizing the post-submit message, submit button text, or recipient email for form responses.

Form Fields

Create contact forms, surveys, and more with forms. Add form and content elements and set values for form elements.

Select an option from the right-hand side and drag it into your form to create a new line item. The top option, Form Field, is the most common. To make the form item non-required, toggle off the switch next to "Required".

If your form field is a select or checkboxes - don't forget to add those options in here as well.

Styling Your Form

If you want to add custom styling to your form you can do so in the Global Shared Styles Section. Main Menu > Design > Site Styles > Forms

Here you can change the look and feel of your form with ease.

When finsihed styling, make sure to hit Publish Stylesheet!
