Standard Templates

Three standard email templates come with your site's store: purchase receipt, shipping notification, and class registration. To Edit a template, click on Edit, or to review how it will look, click Review.

Alternative Templates

If you need more email templates, you can create them as Alternative Templates. Those will be in a list below the Standard Templates.

You can Edit and Review them just like in the Standard Templates.

The Prolog Text is a brief introduction or greeting. This often consists of a friendly greeting, followed by the recipient's name or a general opening statement to capture attention and encourage further reading.

The Epilog Text includes a farewell message, followed by the sender's name, company, or other contact information. This text is meant to leave a positive final impression and provide recipients with necessary follow-up information or next steps.
