Media Manager Overview

To view , manage or upload items to your media maganer go to Main Menu > Media Manager

Select between viewing all your files, or sorting by images, SVGs, or documents.

For more refined sorting and cleaner organization, use media bins. If you are looking for a file and want more focused filtering other than by file type, select a media bin to view from the dropdown menu.

You can also use the search bar to search through your entire media manager.

To create a new media bin, first click the "Media Bins" button.

Here you can view, edit, and remove all of your existing media bins.

To make a new media bin, click the "New Media Bin" button.

To upload a file to your media manager, click the "Upload Files" button. From there, you can either drag and drop your file into the page or click to select a file from your computer.

Once you have added your files, click the "Upload File" button to add the file(s) to your media manager.

To attach metadata to your file, click on the metadata link.

Add a file title and description and add tags for easier filtering.

Click on edit/crop to edit your photo. 

Here you can access basic photo editing tools like filter, crop, and finetune.

When finished making your edits, click "Export Image" to save a new version of this file to the media manager.
