Galleries Overview

Galleries enable unique image layouts on pages. Manage them here and add them to pages as components. Multiple galleries per page are possible, with optional captions.

From the Main Menu click on the Website dropdown and select Image Galleries.

Home screen

The image gallery home screen is where you will manage all your galleries.

Image Gallery States

Galleries may go through several published states while you work on them.

A Published gallery is the most current version of the gallery.

A Draft gallery has not been published.

A Modified gallery has not been published, but indicates changes are made.

Gallery Bar

Each Gallery has a gallery bar which includes a thumbnail image of an image within the gallery.

To Edit the Gallery click Edit
To Review the Gallery click Review

More options in the secondary menu can be accessed by clicking the 3 dots next to Review.

To view and edit the Settings of your Gallery click Settings
To Remove this Gallery click Remove

Slideshows and Galleries follow the same State organization as Pages!

New Image Gallery

To make a new image gallery, go to Main Menu > Website> Image Galleries and click on New Image Gallery in the top right-hand section of your screen.

Give your gallery a name, choose an aspect ratio, and more. Then, click Create Image Gallery and add images.

Adding Images

To add new images, click Add or Upload new images.

To upload new images, click Upload Files

You can click to add files, or simply drop them into the window for easy upload!

Changing Your Image Order

Once you have uploaded all your images, you can reorder them by dragging them to the position you would like the image to appear in.

Image Information

Select an image to delete it if you no longer want it in your gallery. You can also add a caption and make sizing adjustments.

Changing the size of an image

To Resize an image, select the image and click the plus or minus icon in the direction you wish to increment or decrement. (RESCREENSHOT WHEN + ICON IS ADDED)
