Content Editor Overview
Edit your website pages, stories, and headers & footers with the content editor. Read a brief overview of all the sections and features of the new content editor.
Design Components
This panel contains all the design elements you can drag onto your page. Content components are grouped by content categories. Style content components added to your page by opening up a category and dragging the component from the list onto your page.
Component Favorites
Click the start next to a component to add it to your favorites list!
Design Elements
Elements are pre-built layout sections and container groups that can be placed anywhere on your page. Click the layout tab in the Control Panel to browse available elements and drag elements into your page. You can group page elements and save them for use later.
Design Containers
Design containers are empty container layout options for your page. Use containers to create new columns, rows, or grid sections. Just drag containers into your page.
Content Sections
Click “Content Sections” to open content sections for your page. Content Sections make it easy to organize page content. Close “Content Sections” to have more room to design.
Drag content sections up (or down) to reorder content sections on your page. Organizing your page content in sections makes it easier to move groups of content around, rather than moving individual items.
The content sections will render in the order the appear in the content sections list.
New Content Section
Click “Add New Section” to create a new section. Use sections to update the look and feel of your website quickly.
Quick Tip
To copy and paste click on a component or container group. Hit “command + C” on your keyboard, and then hit “command + V” to paste. If you want to paste in a specific location on your page, click on an element in that section, then hit paste.
Focus
Click the “Focus tab” to hide editor controls.
Quick Preview
Use “Quick Preview” to review your website, with headers and footers, and see how it looks at each responsive breakpoint. Continue to refine your design or click “Done Editing."
Responsive Slider
Use the responsive slider to review your website at the responsive breakpoints and adjust your design as needed.
